To communicate this we created an ongoing community program and online series that showcased the value of removing preservatives from food and using them for something better.
This is the story of Johnston City, IL who lost their 4th of July fireworks due to the recession. We decided to bring back the event that brought neighbouring towns together using the preservative Sodium Benzoate.
